Three-Bedroom Apartment: No-1.This refurbished, wheelchair accessible apartment has a spacious open plan living area with a brand new air-conditioner, including a kitchen with full facilities, a new Nespresso Mini coffee machine and a dishwasher. There is a separate dining area and a lounge with a large 55" LG Smart TV. Office desk with charging station and desk lamp provided. The apartment has 3 Air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a brand new chiro queen-sized bed with an en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a brand new chiro queen-sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has brand new chiro 2 single-sized beds. There is also a disability friendly family bathroom and a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.Â
Each Apartment enters through a private foyer via keypad code which also accesses your Apartment No 1 on the ground floor.
For Mobility Wheelchairs , Front foyer door width 100cm, Apartment door width 90cm, Bedroom door width 90cm and Accessible bathroom door width 90cm. No 1 Car Park is next to the foyer door for easy access.Â

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.

- Grace Period No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation
- Alternatively, you can change your dates if you were unable to attend for certain reason Once for their booking, 3 days or more before check-in, For the same or higher price as their original booking, For the same booking conditions and room type.
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation.
- You'll accept prepayment by: Credit card. You'll refund within 7 days.Â
- International Credit Cards will incur a 4.5% refund fee on any prepaid deposits if cancelled.
- Minimum 2-night stay. Long weekend minimum 3-night stay.

Great Apartment
Had a great 2 night stay. Apartment is so comfy, nice & quiet and we all commented on how comfortable the beds are. Everything you need is close by (walking distance). Highly recommend. Thanks for hosting us George.

Fantastic Weekend
We chose this apartment to be close to the sailing club for a mid winter regatta. We were amazed by the location, supermarkets either side, plenty of pubs and eateries, McDonalds for the kids and right next to a pizza shop. Then inside the place is huge, easily accomodating our family of four plus two friends that stayed with us. No detail is spared with everything you need in the kitchen, selection of coffees, teas, etc. plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. washer, dryer and the split system did a surprisingly excellent job in the middle of winter. There was plenty of seating for all of us plus room for a few friends and a huge living area giving the kids plenty of space to play. Any time we come back to Lincoln we will be booking here for sure.

HUGE apartment with everything for big families
This apartment is MASSIVE!!! Very comfortable, super quiet especially since its right in the middle of Lincoln close to everything! 3 large bedrooms ensuite AND a disabled bathroom as well. Made a very easy stay with everything we needed on hand, and plenty of room and comfy recliners for everyone to relax. Water pressure was phenomenal and full kitchen for all the cooking we needed. Really impressed with the quality and the communication from George was brilliant. Another successful trip with feral kids made into a lovely enjoyable break! See you again soon!

Superb
We stayed in apartment 1 as I needed disability access. Beautiful, modern, clean and so welcoming. The layout is spacious, and they have thought of everything. Great kitchen with lots of really useful equipment. Laundry and bathrooms sparkling clean and a lounge that included an armchair perfect for my needs, tv is a great size and you can access your streaming services really easily when you want a quiet night in. And if all that isn't enough, the car park is right outside the door and the apartments are close to the waterfront, shops, restaurants etc. Lots of information available on what to see and do. Can't wait to return to the beautiful Eyre Peninsula and will definitely return to Aart Apartments. Superb! Jude
