Two Bedroom Apartment: No-2. This refurbished Fully Air-conditioned apartment has full kitchen facilities, including a new Nespresso Mini coffee machine and a dishwasher. There is a separate dining area. A washing machine, tumble dryer, Air conditioned lounge room with a 55" Smart LG TV and a sofa are included. Office desk with charging station & desk lamp provided. There are 2 bedrooms fully air conditioned, consisting of 1 brand new Queen-sized bed and 2 Singles or 1 Queen bed and 1 King bed. Free Wi-Fi is included. Please note that the maximum occupancy is 4.
Due to the Position and Nature of the Apartment, skylights have been added to bring in natural light due to smaller windows, see photos.
Each Apartment enters through a private foyer via keypad code which also accesses your Apartment No 2 on the first floor.

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.

Notes
- Grace Period No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation
- Alternatively, you can change your dates if you were unable to attend for certain reason Once for their booking, 3 days or more before check-in, For the same or higher price as their original booking, For the same booking conditions and room type.
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation.
- You'll accept prepayment by: Credit card. You'll refund within 7 days.
- International Credit Cards will incur a 4.5% refund fee on any prepaid deposits if cancelled.
- Minimum 2-night stay. Long weekend minimum 3-night stay.

Best apartment ever
Best apartment ever! + The apartment was extremely spacious and well equipped with everything we could need. Apartment was so quiet, which was especially impressive as it was in the centre of town close to everything. We will definitely stay again, this apartment was probably the cleanest and most well organised place we have stayed- which I LOVED. The free coffee cards were genius too...that bakery across from the apartments is incredible! We grabbed breaky there and it was the most delicious and well priced bakery we have been to in our travels. Also the shower pressure in apartment was amazing...something a lot of accommodations we have stayed in have usually lacked! These apartments are set out so well, very clever design. Also, bedding was super clean and crisp, but extremely comfort

These apartments are a must when you stay in Pt Lincoln we stayed in Appt 2 very comfortable beds , immaculate unit . All the modern cons , very friendly staff amazing place and very well priced .we will be back again
